Subscription-Based Refund Policy

Since Loopdek operates on a subscription model, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all plan types.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Subscription fees for the first billing cycle (within 7 days of purchase)
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Service downtime exceeding 48 hours in a billing period
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform
  • Billing errors or overcharges

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day refund window
  • Partial months or unused time in a billing period
  • Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Downgrade refunds (difference between plan prices)
  • Storage fees for exceeding plan limits

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new subscriptions to Pro or Enterprise plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Loopdek within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of new accounts.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at hi@loopdek.com
  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant transaction IDs or purchase information
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.

Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions, refunds after the 7-day guarantee period will be prorated based on unused months, minus a 20% administrative fee. Refunds for annual plans require approval and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Data Retention After Refund

If you receive a refund and cancel your account:

  • Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
  • You can export your files before cancellation
  • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
  • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support

Service Disruption Credits

In case of significant service disruptions that affect your ability to use Loopdek, we may offer account credits or subscription extensions equivalent to the downtime experienced, which can be applied to your next billing cycle.

Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of data. We're committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and quickly.
